At HostGrap, we want you to be completely satisfied with our hosting services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are available.

1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new hosting accounts (Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, VPS Hosting, and Managed Dedicated Servers).

If you are not satisfied with our hosting services due to technical issues related to our servers, performance, or service delivery, you may request a full refund of the hosting plan fees within 30 calendar days from your initial signup/purchase date.

This is a no-questions-asked guarantee for eligible technical concerns during the first 30 days.

2. What Is Not Refundable

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Domain registration/transfer fees
  • SSL certificate fees
  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Add-on services or products
  • Any fees for additional services
  • Any portion of fees after the 30-day period has expired
  • Fees for accounts that violate our Terms of Service

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit your request within 30 days of your initial purchase date
  2. Contact our billing team via email at billing@hostgrap.com
  3. Include the following in your request:
    • Your account username
    • Your order/invoice number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • A detailed description of the technical problem you are experiencing

Our team will review your request promptly. If it qualifies under this policy, we will process a full refund of the eligible hosting plan amount to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your hosting account at any time through your HostGrap dashboard or by contacting support.

  • If canceled within the 30-day period → eligible for refund (subject to the terms above)
  • If canceled after the 30-day period → no refund will be issued, but your service will continue until the end of the current paid billing cycle

5. Accounts Suspended or Terminated for Violations

Refunds will not be issued if your account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or any other policy. This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Spamming
  • Hosting prohibited/illegal content
  • Phishing, malware, or hacking-related activities
  • Any other breach of our rules

6. Changes to This Refund Policy

HostGrap reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
